Web Mail

To check your email from our web based system, please point your browser to mail.YourdomainName.com. You will be presented with an email address box and a password box. Enter your complete email address in the email box, and enter your password in the password box.

When you click on "Check Mail", any new email will be retrieved and displayed. If you receive an error message, the most likely reason is that either your Username or Password is incorrect.

If your email address and password are entered correctly you will be taken to the main mail screen.

The interface is very much like most web based email systems, but if you still have questions there are several help links within the email system.

POP3 Mail

When using a mail client such as Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express, you must update the server settings on your computer. Typically these settings can be found in the "Account" section of your software. You will need the following settings:

Incoming mail Server (POP3):
mail.YourDomainName.com

Outgoing mail Server (SMTP):
mail.YourDomainName.com

Account Name:
Your Complete Email Address.

Password:
Your password in lowercase.
